Flexible Data Collection Options for Industrial Equipment
We offer multiple ways to collect data from your equipment, ensuring seamless integration with your existing infrastructure:
- PLC Integration: We interface with existing PLCs using OPC DA or OPC UA drivers.
- Serial and Network Protocols: Data can be collected via RS232, RS485, or Modbus TCP.
- MQTT Protocol: We support lightweight messaging for efficient data transfer using MQTT.
- Web Protocols: Integration via web protocols such as SOAP is also supported.
- No Controller? No Problem:
- Install a central PLC that connects to multiple machines or sensors.
- Deploy our proprietary OneGate Single Board Computer designed for industrial data acquisition.
All telemetry data is gathered and processed using our powerful middleware application, IoTBridge.
We offer flexible storage options for your telemetry data:
- On-premise: Microsoft SQL Server
- Cloud-based: Azure SQL Database
- Optional: Oracle Database (if required)
Additionally, where needed, we can integrate with your existing CRM or MRP systems to ensure a connected and intelligent workflow.
WE can get data via MQTT
We can get data via wep protocols like Soap
Wen the machine does not have any built-in controller, we can add a central PLC that can be connected to multiple machines or sensors, or we can install our own Proprietry Single Board Computer know as OneGate
All of the telemetry data is collected using our Application called IoTBridge.
The telemetry data can be stored in a On-premise MS SQL database or on an Azure SQL database.
If required, we can also store data in a Oracle Database
Where necessary we can also interface into existing CRM or MRP databases
